Tabia Jolie
Chief Executive Officer
Tabia Jolie is a Black disabled advocate, social impact strategist, children’s author, and community leader committed to removing systemic barriers and expanding meaningful access for Black and Brown communities, disabled people, and young people whose voices are too often overlooked.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Howard University, where she founded the Howard University Disability Justice Advisory Board and led advocacy focused on campus accessibility, inclusive decision making, and student voice. She is pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Artificial Intelligence Management at Georgetown University, extending her work at the intersection of innovation, ethics, access, and human centered leadership.
Tabia’s civic experience includes supporting housing, youth homelessness, entrepreneurship, and employment initiatives through the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Baltimore Civic Site. She is a lifetime NAACP member, has led community centered work through the National Action Network, and is the author of a multicultural children’s STEM book series. As Chief Executive Officer of Jolie’s Advocacy Workshop, she transforms lived experience and policy awareness into practical, justice driven support for families and organizations.
